What a retainer with us costs, and what it covers.
We didn’t set out to build a retainer service. We were producing video, then making photo and video content, then helping clients get it online, then building the sites to hold it all. At some point we noticed we were already doing this for people month after month. So we made it the service.
A retainer is a flat monthly rate, and it’s handled: hosting, maintenance, security, domains, DNS, email and workspace admin, the accounts nobody wants to own. It’s the two of us, so when you call, you get one of us on the phone. Not an AI agent, not an outsourced help desk. We keep the client list small on purpose.

Everything in the first tier, plus the custom work.
If you need more than this covers, we’ll scope it together.
Retainers run quarterly, six months, or a year.
New site builds start at $5,000 and are quoted after a conversation. For our founding clients on annual retainers, the build fee is waived.
You own your domain and your content, always. We manage the technical side in our accounts so you never have to think about DNS again. If we ever part ways, everything that’s yours goes with you.
