Do you handle SEO for my website?
Yes! SEO is built into every website we create. Our Standard and Premium packages include advanced SEO setup and maintenance to help your business get found in local searches. We focus on practical SEO strategies that generate actual leads rather than just traffic, including local search optimization, proper metadata, site speed improvements, and content structured for both search engines and humans.
My business doesn't have a logo yet. Do you create logos and branding?
Absolutely! We offer complete branding packages including logo design, color selection, typography, and brand guidelines. This service can be added to any package or included in our Premium package.
How do updates work if I need to change something on my site?
We handle all updates for you! With our Standard and Premium packages, you get access to our Shore Send™ system, which allows you to text or email us photos and information directly, and we'll update your site within one business day. For Basic package clients, we can still make updates to the core site pages.
How long does it take to build a website?
Our typical timeline is about 30 days from start to launch. After our initial discovery call, we'll present a draft version within 14 days, implement any requested changes by day 21, and launch your site by day 30. For more complex Premium projects, the timeline may be slightly longer.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes! We create custom online stores that make it easy for customers to purchase your products or services. We've worked with platforms like Shopify and can create hybrid solutions like we did for Thinkie System, combining different platforms to minimize transaction fees while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Technical Questions
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Absolutely! Every website we build is fully responsive and optimized for all devices, from desktop computers to tablets and mobile phones. We pay special attention to mobile experience since many of your customers will visit your site on their phones first.
Do you provide website hosting?
Yes, hosting is included in all our packages. We handle all the technical aspects of hosting your website, including security, backups, and maintenance, so you don't have to worry about server management or technical upkeep.
Will I be able to add blog posts or news updates myself?
For Standard and Premium packages, we recommend using our Shore Send™ system instead of giving you direct access to the content management system. Simply send us your updates, and we'll format them properly and publish them within one business day. For Premium clients who want to publish very frequent content, we can set up a custom solution that gives you direct access to blog publishing while we handle the rest of the site.
Can you help with website security?
Security is built into all our websites by default. We implement SSL certificates, regular security updates, and backup solutions as part of our monthly service.

How do you measure the success of my website?
We focus on meaningful metrics like increased traffic, form submissions, phone calls, and actual leads—not just design aesthetics. With our Standard and Premium packages, you'll receive detailed analytics reports showing these key performance indicators. We continuously track and optimize your site based on this real-world data.
What happens if I want to add new features later?
You can always upgrade your package or add custom features at any time. For example, if you start with our Basic package and later want to add our Shore Send™ system, you can upgrade to the Standard package. For completely custom features beyond our package offerings, we can provide a separate quote.
Do you work with businesses outside of Seattle?
While we're based in Seattle and primarily serve the Pacific Northwest, we can work with businesses anywhere. Our process is designed to be effective regardless of location, with virtual meetings and digital collaboration tools.
What if I need help with social media marketing?
While our core focus is on creating websites that generate leads, we can help integrate your social media strategy with your website. For comprehensive social media marketing services, we can recommend trusted partners who specialize in this area.
Do I own my website once it's built?
Our business model is based on an ongoing partnership rather than a one-time project. The monthly fee includes continuous improvements, hosting, updates, and maintenance. If you decide to end our partnership after the 12-month agreement, we can discuss packaging up and transfering the photos, videos, and blog posts on the site, but not the platform itself.

What information do you need from me to get started?
To get started, we need basic information about your business (services, target audience, goals), any existing brand assets (logo, colors, images), and examples of websites you like. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready—our discovery process will help identify what we need, and we can always create what's missing.
How does the payment process work?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments. Once you sign our 12-month agreement, your monthly payments are automatically processed on the same day each month. There are no large upfront costs or hidden fees—just the monthly package price.
